I am a labor economist with research interests in earnings dynamics, migration, human capital, and how firms shape workers’ prospects. My PhD (2019) is from Stanford University.
Current position: Lecturer and Senior Research Scientist at Yale University, joint appointment between SOM and Department of Economics.
